Just spotted this new triple XML bike light at Manafont. Price is $46.90 which is the same as a single XML bike light. Modes are hi-mid-lo, no disco! It comes with 4 x 18650 pack and charger. I recently got a single XML and added a diffuser to it. It's plenty bright, so I imagine this to be significantly better. No info on drive current, so it may be underdriven.

Interesting, so did you order one? Link?

Linky Here .
Interesting. I wonder if H-M-L is a function of 3-2-1 emitters turned on like the Skyray S6? Good price on it.

True dat. Which way is better do you think - the "3-2-1" or a true low-med-high? I'm leaning toward the latter.
-Garry
Definitely True H-M-L. There is almost no discernible difference between 2 or 3 LEDs on my S6, and the Low isn't really all that Low.

Don't tempt me! I was thinking about it, but without additional specs, it's a real gamble!

Yeah, that's what I suspect for this one as well. The problem is: One LED is pretty bright ~ 500 lumens; Two LEDs basically doubles the lumens output ~ 1,000; Three LEDs ~ 1,500 lumens, which is only a 50% increase. In practice, it doesn't look a whole lot different.
Lightmalls have this one as well:

one thing I like about it:
Cut Off: Press the Switch more than 3s
So no cycling through off when mode changing. According to lightmalls it does have strobe.
