I, for one, am VERY exited--having had great experience with the original KD C8 way back when!

Looks like the pill has 8x7135 too for the C8, as the photo shows 4 on the underside. I’ll have to look further later at the site to see what else is listed. Years ago the KD C8’s were quite popular due to their performance. Maybe with this one they’ll make a comeback.

The P60 dropin photo doesn’t appear to show 4x7135 chips on the bottom side, maybe it’s DD. I’m looking for a new P60 drop in and just about to buy the IOS CUXM2 with a XP-L V6.

Please let me speculate it is a small buck driver since the specified input is 3V-8.4V

nice find when did they come out I just spent a couple of hours looking at all their different C8s a couple of days ago can’t wait to see the lux readings vs domes xml2 s !

i really hope their xpl hi c8’s are gonna be as good as their original c8’s.
do you happen to have one of their original xml2 c8’s in hand for a comparision?

but have since modded it and wish I hadn’t as it wasn’t uch improvement over the original and the original beam was focused much better
