I have an older Ultrafire C8 with duel 18650 battery tube. I am looking for a driver that will handle two 18650’s and a emitter. I want to try and get 2000 lumens if possible. Any help is appreciated, thanks 
FET driver with zener mod and 6V low voltage protection
or a Buck driver and xpl/xpl2 led
going to get super hot either way unless you do some more modding and even then I’d suggest using a turbo timer setting
Thank you Cbrake10. I’m looking for a machinist in my area to fabricate me a copper pill for the flashlight. Surprisingly it throws just as well as my new Convoy C8 as is so there is big potential for this light. It has a glass lens and an aluminum reflector, most I see are plastic. This should be a fun mod.
if you can melt an aluminum reflector? that would be achievement unlocked…lol
