Newbie from NC

Hello everyone. I was in the market for a budget light a few months ago and came across a post on this forum for the BLF A6 light. I purchased it and have since come back to the forums in search of more budget friendly lights and finally joined up. I’m a newbie in terms of lights. I have a D2 digicharger and a few nitecore protected 18650’s and some 18350’s that I run in the A6 light with the short tube. Today I purchased a “Budget light forum 348” and a “BLF D80” 3C light from gearbest.

I’m sure I’ll have many questions for you all. I’m here to learn! Thanks!

Cool! Welcome to BLF Dude!

Welcome, and my apologies to your wallet!

MtnDon sent me here from another forum just for the A6, I now have an A6, an aluminum X5/X6 set, and several Astrolux A01’s. Its dangerous to stick around.

Welcome to BLF!

Welcome!

Hey there, welcome, it’s a pleasure to have you here.

Have a nice time here, I'mTheDude!

Awesome! Welcome bud! But stash that wallet away before you get more lights incoming! :stuck_out_tongue:

You still have time. RUN!

Welcome!

You might as well pull up a chair. Once you see what you can get from a budget light, you’ll always be in the market for one.

Thanks for the welcome everyone! I really want to learn more about batteries. The protected vs unprotected research i’ve done still boggles my small mind. When people start talking about all of the numbers and voltage, etc. related to all of this, my head explodes!

Another North Carolinian here! Welcome!

Hi and welcome ITD. Good luck with the affliction, sorry the addiction.

sb lots of numbers is the boss man here. Call him sir and you will go along way here. :stuck_out_tongue:

No he don't. He just checked in to Hotel California. LOL

Welcome Dude ;)

Howdy neighbor, and welcome from upstate SC

You really only need a few flashlights but that ain’t gonna stop you, so clear a little shelf space set up a modding area, and enjoy!

Phil

Another high-5 to you from the other Carolina!
