Whilst waiting for my daughter’s ice skate lesson I’ve decided to try and work out how to post pics from my google album using my phone. Quite a pita. Hence I always do it on the PC. If you can see it I hope you’re suitably teased. If not… I guess that’s a tease too :laughing:

I see your picture, how did you do to share it here via your mobile ?
I know how to do it from my laptop, but not on Android

I’ll try explain this clearly. I cannot guarantee it will work for everyone.

Instead of using the Google photos app I opened the browser (chrome in my case) and googled ‘google photos’

I signed in to google photos through the browser

Select the image you want from a ‘shared album’ then hold your finger on the image to get the following options

Open image in new tab. Note - the url starts with googleusercontent. Whilst trying to figure this whole thing out I found several links that had ‘goo’ ‘app’ or ‘share’ somewhere at the start of the link THESE WILL NOT WORK. Only the strings with googleusercontent seemed to work. Those strings also happen to be very very long compared to the links that do not work.

Copy that url and paste it in BLF as you normally would

….and voila! You should have yourself a monkey king staff showing in your post…

So there’s now way of doing it from the app… it’s a pity
