1lumen review says that it can only hold around 600 lumens for 2 hours and yet the Flashlight Enthusiast guy on YouTube got 1000 lumens for two and a half hours, so who’s right?
Has anyone else tested this light? What were your results?
Also the Piercing the Darkness guy says this light is discharging the battery is down to two volts have you had the same results?
Both sides are correct, just using different testing methods.
1lumen uses a more rigorous integrating sphere/ANSI method, calculating stable + average output, so it’s approximately 600 lm / ~2 hours.
The YouTuber likely used lux or visual estimation, which is closer to the initial brightness, appearing to be 1000 lm / 2.5 hours.
Regarding 2V discharge:
This is the voltage under load, not the battery’s actual static voltage.
The voltage will rebound after removal, but this doesn’t mean the battery has actually been pushed to 2.0V.
That’s not what the piercing the darkness guy said he said the voltage was 2.1 volts after he removed it from the flashlight

Flashlight names can be confusing! Many look the same, and some brands even use the same model names or numbers.
Happened to me as well.. 
The battery in the MAX and non MAX was discharged to 2.12 volts pretty consistently. However, I suspect this is due to the battery protection circuit, and not a malfunction of LVP. I was worried too, but when i charged it on the VapCell S4, after like 20 secinds it was back to 3.6 volts and this was repeated with both lights (18650 and 21700) batteries. I haven’t had issues with these batteries since I’ve been using them.
