I saw the post with all alternative for Dealextreme, tinydeal, focalprice ...
I would like to recommend you of a website that help you pay less and find the product you want among all the common stores.
NGShopping.com is a price comparison website for more than 600,000 products with worldwide shipping.
All stores in our site ship worldwide free / flat rate fee.
There are more than 80 stores on NGShopping like DealExtreme, LightInTheBox, DinoDirect, Tiny Deal, Focal Price and many more.
All prices include worldwide shipping fee!!!
Very nice! Thanks for the link. Looks very useful. I just tried it with "Trustfire F20" and "Ultrafire C3 Stainless", and it found the two best deals that I know of for both products. So it looks like it works well. Found products on Manafont, Lightake, T-mart, and a bunch of others.
Pretty neat site! I will certainly look into it, after hearing of successful and safe transactions. Just within the last few weeks I have made orders to Tmart, Manafont and DX, as they all had things not available by the other stores. So a single place to make a single payment for anything would be cool.
Hmmm, I don't think you pay through NGShopping. It's just a price comparison site, and it links to the actual product page of the corresponding companies.
Hmm I've seen this too just now. The Ultrafire 502B with red Cree LED is reported at $9.99 but actual price is $13.69, the Ultrafire 501B with red Cree LED is reported as 9.39 but actual price is $14.99. Both on DD. I haven't been tracking these items but based on Google cache of wholesale prices (the fancy site seems to mean normal prices aren't cached) I expect it's been like that since 22/23 Jan. Of course DD has raised prices over the past few weeks so maybe they really were cheaper. But considering DD's history of deceptive practices, it wouldn't surprise me if they are simply lying to the NGshopping bot. Do you know if the price of the Trustfire Z1 was ever $16.15 on DD?
Of course that's one of the risks with price comparison websites, they rely on the site reporting the same thing to the bot as they report to the user. Since it's difficult and generally considered poor netequitte to hide bots and if you try to the site is liable to block you, this means it's easy for sites to give fake prices. If the price comparison site is significant, they can warn sites and block them if they continue, which will be a net negative to the site, so they can usually keep them in check. But if the price comparison site is still starting up, it an be more difficult with the more unscrupilous sellers. (General search engines also face similar problems, e.g. Google generally disallows webmasters from serving different content to it then they serve to ordinary visitors although I believe they have special agreements with paywalls.)
(I actually know of a case here in NZ where the site was reporting the wrong prices, eventually I worked out myself what was wrong. The price comparison site was using a simplified price document which was decided for that purpose. I guess for some reason it wasn't getting the right info from the database. There were actually 2 websites owned by different people but designed by the same company with the same problem. I don't think this was intentional since many of the prices on the price comparison site were higher then on they actually were.)
I contacted them through the website about a month ago, he replied via email saying something like he will try to keep it more up to date but its impossible to have everything updated at once.
I seem to recall there is or was (don’t know if it’s still working) another site which similar does price comparisons between Chinese sellers, but I can never remember what it was, does anyone else?
Edit: Sorry didn’t search carefully enough there’s a thread which mentions 4 sites including this one, 3 of them still seem to work. (There’s 3 at the top post, I mentioned another one I found from my search at the bottom.)
good list of stores and importantly - options to ‘match all keywords’ and ‘search title only’!
cant accomplish that in google or even the stores themselves, a growing trend in modern search engines unfortunately
with these enabled it’s a go-to in my firefox keyword searches
now, if only someone could persuade fasttech, manafont and KD to join them…
edit: lo(l) and behold  FT are now on the list!
do they really prowl these forums I wonder? 0:)
