If you don’t have access to Costco then Amazon is still a better deal at $18 with free shipping (that is, if you spend $25 to qualify or are already a Prime member). Then you can choose your own charger. Costco even sells the charger separately now for under $7.00. You also don’t have to make do with the glittertastic batteries 
What’s ironic is Woot is owned by Amazon.
Starting a few years ago Costco used to offer a combo pack that included the charger, 8 x AA and 4 x AAA for around $26. Not a bad deal at the time.
