I would really recommend getting a high quality charger along with some good batteries. For example: an Intellicharge I4 and 2 protected UR18650FM.

If you buy UltraFire off of Ebay your gonna have a bad time. Many of those chargers you list are very cheap and coupled with those UltraFire batteries are an explosion and fire hazard.
You’d be much better served with this , or this .

If you want a budget battery that is still good, these are a good option and measure around 2600mAh in the real world, they also shouldn’t explode.
Best not to go too cheap on your batteries/charger.
