Obviously, circuit boards (two of them) exactly the same the Mi1C Ti comes with.

The story of their acquisition goes like this: First, I wrote to the contact email on Klarus’ website. I got no response. Then I saw that there was a Skype account on their website, which I could not find. But while looking for it, I found another Skype account with a name and Klarus in it. I sent a message and the next day got a response from who was indeed a Klarus employee. I asked if I could buy a couple of circuit boards and she got the permission to sell me two circuit boards. I used one to repair the faulty light and I have the other for a rainy day.

And a couple of photos to see what all the fuss of replacing the original Cree XP-L HI with a Nichia 219b sw45 is about. A little less light, a lot more CRI and a Whole Lotta Rosie!

Nichia 219b sw45 high CRI rosy goodness on the left vs. Cree XP-L HI CW low CRI green tint on the right. Shot with WB set at 5500K.
