The flashlight is only LISTED for sale by Ratuken.
It is actually shipped and sold by Altatac.
I dealt with this company twice, and will never deal with them again. They sent me a used jetbeam flashlight, claiming it was new. It sat in a box for a few months, when I opened it up, intending to actually use it a bit on a trip, it was flickering and did not change modes.
A BLF member here opened it up for me... the light was well used. Appeared new on the outside, but had clear signs of use on the inside. Altatac refused to do anything about it.
Jetbeam also refused to honor warranty, referring me back to the dealer.
On another purchase, through ebay, I bought a leatherman squirt... they sent me the wrong one. I sent it back, was promised a refund, and refund for return shipping. They stiffed me on the return shipping.
It says on the site that is is shipped/sold by Altatac. I have bought from Altatac before and never had any issues. The price looks good too… I am sooo tempted!
Ack, I hope they don’t screw us by shipping used flashlights.
BTW, anyone recommend good 18650 protected batteries for this light? Finally upgrading from AA lights.

I don't think they did it on purpose, but they did end up screwing me, and did refuse to fix it. I asked them to either repair, replace, or a refund for the light... they claim to be an authorized jetbeam dealer, but refused to do it, even with me covering shipping.

@Nemesis - If you haven't used to lithium batteries before, stick to quality brands, with a protection circuit, like AW, Keeppower, and orbtronic.
These will also work well, for a slighty lower price, but they are a bit too long for some flashlights.
Orbitronic 3400 work fine and fit in my ec25nw

How can you tell the difference between the CW and NW models? Mine says EC25 on the head, not sure if it’s suppose to say EC25W if NW. Either way I am happy with whichever one I received since it was only $40 with free priority 2 day shipping. :bigsmile:
EDIT: Just checked Fasttech’s site and it shows EC25W on the picture for the NW model, so I guess I ended up with the CW model.
Nemesis, where do you enter the code? All I can find is a gift certificate area.
I think it was at checkout. Either the screen where you put in your cc info or the next one. There should be a section to put in the code before submitting the order.
I think the light is sold out though, not sure if code works with other lights.
EDIT: The screen before submitting the order with have a summary section on the right showing the price and a box to enter the promo code.
It doesn't work with any other lights. At least for the 6 that I tried.
Seems they now have another promo for this weekend. Useful if you plan on spending over $50 to get the discount and free shipping.
