Yea, two of my five nitecore flashlights had off centered leds.
when I press with the fingers it appears alone
I don’t blame you for waiting, handle it however you want, but I’m with Sirius on this one. Those bezels are press-fit and yours just needs a bit more pressing. That is, unless the light has other issues or doesn’t work properly. It never should’ve left the factory like that for sure, but I’ve seen much worse come out of a brand new box.

I’d buy it from you if you were able to ship to the USA for a reasonable price (~10usd or less). I missed the GB because I was hesitant at buying a CW headlamp. Here, it looks like half the work is done! haha.

Im sure they will offer you partial refund via either GB points of GB wallet that you can use on your future purchases at Gearbest.
My Xtar H3 had also QC issues, nothing that impacts its usability, but still for a new light its definitely a no-go to come with quality issues as apparent as mine and yours do. GB sent me GB wallet money, problem solved.
