Nitecore Thumb cracked case

Anybody experience this? I am trying to get decent pics but since it is a black case it is hard. The case cracked on the rear “ear” where the ring is to attach a lanyard/keyring. One bit fell off. I removed the ring and patched the missing section with some JB Weld. I then noticed the area around the rear case screws have cracked on both sides. I am suspecting a combination of stress via the keychain and the pressure on the case from the clip has caused stress fractures.

I removed the clip and it actually feels better in my hand than it did before.

Haven’t seen this yet on the Tubes I have.

All my Tubes have these cracks but haven’t fallen off completely yet.
