Trying to figure out the version of my TM11 I got on goinggear black Friday deal.
Any idea? since there is no version # I assume version 1? It got black o-ring, not yellow like on nitecore website.
Thx, Tom

Hmm my newest version has the version number on it
I also got recently bought one from goinggear and it too does not show the version number and comes with black o-rings. The bezel is also not as shiny as the old one and the red indicator light stays on longer during each blink. I wonder if this would be considered the 4th version of the TM11?
BTW I lost the bag with the spare o-ring, anyone know the o-ring size to find replacement?
Did somebody else got a “no version” TM11?
Somebody got the first version? What the inside look like?
Thx, Tom
I received my TM11 yesterday and was anxious to see what version it was as I contacted the seller on Amazon prior to purchasing. They confirmed at least version 3. When I opened it yesterday, same as you, no version number and the other lettering was moved up where the version number would be. I did notice there is a serial number on the outside, opposite the caution hot area. I emailed NiteCore the serial number and asked what version my flashlight is. Once received, I will let you know what they say. I have seen a few other forums where they feel no version number is the latest of all versions with the new serial number on the outside like mine. Does yours have a serial number on the outside (very small print)? Maverick
I will check tonight when I get back from work.
Yes, serial number on the head.
I have not yet heard back from Nitecore. Expect to hear Monday or after the Holiday. Hope someone else out there can help us understand why Nitecore took the version number off our TM11 and what version it is once the version is removed. Further, hopefully the serial number on the outside will tell us our version (from Nitecore). Maverick ![]()
I received the same “no version” TM11 and waiting for a response from NiteCore by giving them my SN on the outside top opposite the “Caution Hot Surface” stamp. Here is my pic of the inside without a version #:

Hello Sir,
Thank you for your email. But I must correct something here
1. We never have different versions of TM11. We will not classify our products into versions. So there are not any V2, V3, V5……
2. The laser serial number is the light’s ID. With this ID, we can identify if it is true or fake.
3. For true NITECORE products, we can provide 18 months free replacement if any manufacturer malfuntioning is found.
So please just try out your light and check if it is satisfied.
Best Regards,

Here is my reply to Nitecore:
Dear Sir:
You are in-fact incorrect. There were at least three different “versions” of the TM11. Improvement were made to each version. Three known versions are as follows: V1.0: V1.10-1110; V2.0: V1.11-1110 and V3.0: V1.12-1111 all with a documented number (I put in bold font) inside the flashlight above the name SYSMAX (I have attached a pic of a version V3.0 and a pic of my flashlight. This documentation is solid truth from an individual who did the reviews on all versions of the TM11. You are either not knowledgeable of this, not telling me the truth, or manufacturing a knock-off. Unless I get a truthful answer, I will put your prior reply to me on every blog there is. Not a threat, just a freedom of information act. After reviewing the attached pics, I expect a prompt reply with an honest answer. Also, tell me about the manufacturing date and version (mentioned above in bold font) of my particular TM11.
Thank you.
Brett
We will see what reply they give me next ![]()
