anyone familiar with Nitefighter/quality?

It looks like the Shadow TC-750 I’ve got one and its a good light.

very similar, in size even. Only difference I see is the Nitefighter has a turbo mode, and momentary switch. I don’t see any U.S. distributor. I’m safe in purchasing one as the big holiday is there. It will ship Feb 15.

Shadow TC750X does have a momentary switch, but only three light levels. Other than the four modes and better led’s, everything on it is the clone of a TC750X. The TC750X uses XM-L U2’s and draws 1.80 amps from 2-18650’s. In the next step it came up as the Shadow BL-20 drawing 2.54 amps from 2-18650’s. Still 3 modes but using the XM-L2 T6 leds but a bike light with a 1”by 24 thread that fits nothing else but its own cap. I cut and threaded the head of a SolarForce L2 to fit. Then came the Maxtoch DX21 using XM-L2 U2’s but drawing only 3 amps from 1-26650. Soon the Maxtoch DI6X-8 using Xm-L2 U2’s and running at 6 amps is suppose to hit the market? All three of the lights that are out on the market have to me shown above average quailty. If the Nitefighter F40C is to the same standards its a steal. Customlites.com has a stainless steel tube for the TC350 at $13.90 that fits the TC750X to allow it to run off of 2-18350’s. The tube should fit your new light. Do post a review after you get your new light.

And decent price looks like the Nite core hammer I’d like to see a BLF review of it.

thanks Texas Shooter. Dem Shadow lights look nice. I like the BL-20 bike light at 1600 lumens! You put this bike light ‘head’ on a Solarforce body? If so, how did that work for you?

I’m not sure one can compare the Shadow lights with the Nitefighter offering? Hoping someone here has a Nitefighter light of some sort to chirp in. From the pictures it looks very nice in my opinion, but I’m not going to buy from a picture however. I’m not familiar with 18350s, yet.

thanks again for your post -

Dongguan Lumingear Lighting Co., Ltd. started making lights under their banner November 2011. They had been making flashlight parts since 2004. I can only imagine that they made many of the Shadow parts before they put there mark on them. The following lights are identical on the outside, same lanyard rings, tubes heads, and even tail caps. The BL-20 head on the Solarforce body worked so well I built six of them, only have two not spoken for. I’ll post some pictures soon. The (Nitefighter F20C, Shadow TC350, Maxtoch Fighter) battery tube allows you to use two 18350’s in the space of one 18650. Poor run time but you knock about 70mm’s off the total length. This link is worth a look https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TbH7dkL46Kw#t=366 at about the six minute mark it shows what you can do with the shorter tube.

Nitefighter F40C = Shadow TC750X = Maxtoch Matrix
Nitefighter F41C = Shadow JM07
Nitefighter F20C = Shadow TC350 = Maxtoch Fighter
Nitefighter F21C = Shadow TC500 = Maxtoch Sniper

This thing looks interesting. I had a TC 750x. Quite a good flashlight, except the missing mode memory. The nitefighter has mode memory. Well i think i will get one. It´s got the look….
It will sure take time ´till i get it but when it arrives i´ll do a review.

Tom

Me again…

I bought one! Andy told me it will ship tomorrow. I ordered including express shipping so it should arrive next week. If you are still interested i´ll do a review…

I was going to get one of these but passed instead. Hasn’t anybody ordered and received one as of yet? Curious as it appeared to be a good light at a great price, with discount.

I’m extremely happy w/ mine! TexasToasted sums it up very nicely in his review.

It’s the only light I own that I don’t need to mod.

Not long ago Maxtorch was claiming they are a major OEM for many companies in China, for any reason at some believed that instantly. A company from Zhejiang being a major OEM in China for several companies in Shenzhen is impossible.
The idea is that anyone can claim they are an OEM when faced with "your products look identical to X company" especially when X company is not even present at the talks.
