Among the 3 mt-g2 lights currently available this one looks promising on paper, like the rotary switch. I notice that its overall body design seems to blend its large 80mm head quite nicely.
Selfbuilt’s review doesn’t support this particular claim. The BK-FA01 one had flat output, the BK-FA02 did not.
Any Idea what its going for
Shipping to dealers very soon (start of June), with retail price $179.99.
A few of Selfbuilt’s comments have also been addressed - lanyard attachment point added, and the magnetic control ring made slightly wider.
It will be interesting to have this compared to Solarforce and Crelant MT-G2 models - my money is on this one being the one to get.
this is the reason i decided to go with the solarforce - its just a personal preference really - i prefer a light that pulls a constant current for the duration rather than a direct drive like taper
but i still like the design of the niwalker
