UI is very good and simple.
Hold from off goes to moonlight, hold again cycles modes, double click for Turbo.
Triple click from off or on activates Strobe, one hold to return to prev memory mode.
Favorite computer desk light for something dropped on floor.
It’s a great light for a turn-key operator (like me!). Funny you posted your comments today because I had just pulled mine off the shelf to rotate into household duty. Excellent beam profile, CRI (stock), and I really enjoy the gold ano. Kudos to Taschenlampen for inspiring this model.
I consider it a Granny Light… easy UI with mode memory, the button light reminds when to recharge, physical lockout
Zeroair has a fact filled review… here are his charts I refer to the most, Runtime is unregulated, driver powers the LED with PWM pulses, CRI is excellent, thanks to the 519a 5000K LED.
Re driver differences
here is the zeroair review of the FC11C, it has a more efficient Buck driver w regulated output (note flat runtime curve), constant power to the LED (NoPWM), and the LED is also the excellent Nichia 519a.
