Noob! SRK 4-XHP70 mod help

1st post, so please take it easy on my as I know very little.
So far I have modded 3 lights, all with XHP70s and direct drivers.
HD2010, with 2-26650s, its just awesome!!! :open_mouth: even tho its got a cross in a donut.
L2T, with 2-18350s (not much in the way of heat sink, so use it for a couple minutes at a time)
Mini C8, with 2-18350s, this one de-domed, it gets hot quick, but the head is big enough to have a decent hot spot, and a bit of throw.

Other than poorly soldering some parts together I don’t know much.

So my next project, I hope if possible, will be a new cheap 4 ā€œfakeā€ T6 skyray king, I just got in today.
Plan on using 8-18350s
the stock quad reflector
4 XHP70s
and… that’s as far as I got, as all this driver, amps, watts, volts stuff is way over my head.
Now I know 2 - 3.7volt batteries will run a XHP70.
I’m guessing using 4 drivers is not the best way to do this. (4 flashlights in one)
I don’t know how a side switch would effect this as there are wires from the switch to the driver (unlike a tail switch).

Now I saw the thread that Texas Ace has for his new buck drivers / SRK for XHPs.
So I would think I could use one of these for my 4-XHP???
Being a buck could I use one of his drivers with 4-18650s?

Any help would be great on how to proceed with this next build.
I hope this isn’t a build that has already been done/covered in a post. :zipper_mouth_face:
