Northstar. A new meaning of EDC

This is the light:

And how does one carry it?

Under the skin!!

I’ll take a pocket clip any day…

I would rather neck lanyard carry my Meteor…

Gross and most importantly pointless!

Got it. More stuff stupid people are putting under their skin. Once your chip can do the things you say you are “developing” (Blood pressure/sugar monitoring, etc) then you start putting them in people. A hockey puck with the only purpose of glowing a little is idiotic. I can’t believe people are signing up for this.

And for goodness’ sake, make it smaller!

Ok, just talked this over with my girlfriend and she promised that if I ever come home being a flashlight, she stops sleeping in the same bed with me. My 5year old son however loves it :-)

Agree, I see lots of unused space. And add inductive charging, I find it a quite depressing idea that you have cut yourself open to swap batteries.

Wow….redamndiculous! I like how the main reason for its development was because biohackers wanted to light up their tattoos lol someone want to be ironman, drop a blue one right in the chest.

If they can directly harness energy from my body (not just body heat by directly convert fats/carbs to electrical energy ) then i would wear that. Slim people

Would be content with xpe. Fat people would need xhp70 or those 20000 cob led lumens in their body.

“Yeah, yeah, but your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could that they didn’t stop to think if they should.”

I’m not going to volunteer for becoming cyborg until the technology is a little farther along. This is one time I’m not ready to be an early adopter.
