The solarforce is obviously fake but i like them nonetheless. Beats buying the sober minded bezel.
Getting the body for about $7 seems worthwhile. Looks like the 504B/Uniquefire L2. Seems decent for the money.
With the current draw in the 2.6-3.4 A range on high we need high voltage dropins ( -8.4V ),
I'm a little more hesitant now of KD's higher voltage drivers. My first XM-L drop-in I bought from them was 3-18v range and was going to be used in an upcoming project of mine. Unfortunately, the driver only put out 1.6-1.7A. I tried many battery configurations but that was the best I could get out of it, so I replaced it with a SB driver.
My KD 5 mode RQ XM-L (often referred as skyray P60 body) id drawing from 2,9-3.1A at high depending on battery used. I hope the two at 12usd each are the same.
