The vent in front of the windshield, hood shape, antenna base, and fenders make me think this is ’79-’93 Mustang or maybe Capri, which are notorious for having their headlight switch wiring melt and come loose out of the back of the switch…
Not a Capri. Fenders are more flared on Capris of that vintage.
I specifically did a relay mod to my headlights(use a relay that is activated by the stock switch but transfers power directly from the battery instead of through the switch) to avoid just that…well it was primarily to make them brighter cause they were dim as hell. I own an 86.
Then bumping the alt to an newer model helped it even more.
