I saw those clocks on ebay but this is a cheaper idea.

The picture is not static, it is updated. I.e. you just need an application that fetches it at regular intervals an displays it, then you have your clock.

This is the best idea. The only time I want to know what time it is elsewhere is when I’m on the computor so an app that displays on the desk top would be the jizz.
