Hi Buddies,

Odepro offers a new model of EDC flashlight. There is a unique semicircular lamp and it can prevent the light from shooting at your eyes.

It is a small handheld EDC light but much brighter and the latest high-efficiency CREE lamp can output 800 lumens and reach 170M (557 feet) at full power.

Very innovative product and I like the super compact size. The sliding light shield is great for two purposes that I see.

when you want to use the light as a tail standing candle but don’t want to see the glare from the reflector.
Minimize wasted light going into the sky when outdoor. Alot of output is wasted this way especially in floody lights. However, I think it would be better if the sliding shield has a reflective interior since black absorbs light.

Interesting concept for cycling light. I wish the inner surface is reflective, so that some light can be recycled to illuminate floor.
