I thought that their statement made sense until the very last part:

I found this statement interesting. It wouldn’t surprise me to learn that they are telling the truth, but threatening people who are saying negative things about your company usually has the opposite intended effect and just gives more attention to what people are saying, regardless of whether it’s true or false. They should have just stuck to the facts with their press release IMHO.

Yes. I found that a very odd statement. Even if we are reading it wrong due to translation issues. Not a smart Public relations move. Also, telling someone they are a “nice guy” does not fix the issue.
So this leads me to offer some nature boy Public Relations assistance!

Dear KeepPower,
If you would like to have your future press releases or statements proof read and adjusted for English markets please PM me. I typically charge $50 for around 400 words. Among many changes, I would have advised you to remove this random and vague threat. It doesn’t bode we’ll for a international company who is trying to make amends due to faulty products or services. I would also advise KeepPower to offer a solution, consolation pricing/replacement for those affected, then live up to the proposed promises.

Most of the actions are behind the scenes.
What can the end users like myself notice beyond a minor label change that is realistically going to be easily misread when they’re labelled in the factory ?
There is no big chance, nothing that installs confidence in your product again for end users and nothing to really encourage us to start buying your product.

Exactly my thoughts.

All of this smell fishy and dubious. It now seem obvious with their unclear statements.

And I’m sure this is not the only company doing it… easy way to make more profit. Good thing that someone had the idea of unveiling the wrap on the battery.
