i2 and color i3 are still listed with XP-G.
So the i3 XM-L is probably a mistake, right?

Hmm... When I looked at it it still says xm-l.
Says XM-L in the "Key Features" tab and the emitter photo is XM-L, but under the "Specifications" tab it says XP-G.
Yep the pic is of an XM-L. Pictures speak louder than words. I believe the pic. 
The emitter pic is the same for the i1, i2 and i3, so I'm a bit skeptical about it...
The emitter pic is of the i1 which does indeed use an XM-L. You can tell by the relative size of an XM-L to the diameter of the front of the light, no way is that an XM-L in an i3!
I think someone had a bit of a mix up as the i1 is XM-L and the i3 is XP-G, they probably mixed up the pictures from the front too.
