For this type of situation, the best and easiest fix is a Ziploc bag full of silica gel packets. Just leave your light, phone or whatever got water in it for 48 hours. Works every time.

You can collect them from many things you buy (shoes, electronic, seaweed snack, etc…) or you can get a big bag (100 units and more) for real cheap an amazon, Ali, Temu, etc…
