Not sure if someone caught this or not here but seems like a good deal to me!
Has a euro 3A adapter but who doesn’t have an extra 3+ amp 12V PS laying around somewhere to use instead? Ooops, it is a US plug, I thought they meant it was a europe plug but it’s an adapter that they are talking about, so cool, Now I’ll have another 3 amp supply I don’t need. I bought one. Looks like some of the specs are different and not sure about the 4.2 - 4.3 volt switch. For $18.99 shipped I should have bought 5!
10 sold, 8 left!!!

I didn’t see any reference in their description to Opus. Did you see it mentioned somewhere and I missed it?

Nope, sure looks like it though. Floureon is an “ok” company in my eyes. I’m willing to give it a go. The features I use are only available in the Opus/Floureon we have here today. I seriously doubt it’s a terrible copy. Might even be better who knows.
Oh, I did forget to mention that I have an Opus already, a version 2.1. Lovely machine! :+1:

I also have an Opus 2.1 and it has served me well and faithfully :+1:

However I have a my doubts about clones even if they look ok superficially. For example fake Imax B6 hobby charges run the gamut of good to awful even though they more or less look identical. One never knows what one gets with clones even from the same supplier.

Fake 18650 batteries can look decent but we all know how that goes :frowning:

IMO, one obvious giveaway of a design or material cost short-cut or engineering cost-cutting is this feature in the Floureon:

Charging Current range - 200 to 1400mA
Discharging Current range - 100- to700mA

The Opus goes to 2A on Charge and 1A on Discharge, among others.

What featured are only available in the Opus? I was under the impression that the Lii 500 could do pretty much the same things.

Well my iMax B6clone was inaccurate piece of garbage! Probably not a good comparison of clones in my eye. I have some faith in Floureon from previous experiences. I’ll letcha yall know when it gets here in a month. I’m very excited to see which board they decide to use inside. Same with some lessor components inside? Completely different with better components? Not likely though at the given price point but stranger things have happened…… I do however really hope that switch is in there but probably not. :+1:

But that’s the problem with clones…one never knows what’s behind the curtain (game show reference  )

Exactly. But, sometimes for the money and it being from Ebay with the protections, it is worth the gamble. In my humble opinion of course. :+1:
