Placed a first-time order for some 18650 cells from them on Monday. Their website said I could create an account at checkout - order went through but account appears not to have been created. Immediately sent them a message through their site asking about the issue and three days later still have received no reply back. Anyone know if they have a account here to try to contact them through?

Did you use the number provided and text them? Or did you email them.

I have used them in the past and Sal usually responds pretty quickly by text.

Thanks guys - I originally messaged him through the website - just messaged him through the CPF and also sent him a text. Received a text back almost immediately and he's looking into the issue.
