Hello all I would like to do a informal comparison
between Solarforce’s. P60 XML2-U2 ,5mode drop in module and the lightmalls P60 ,5 mode drop in module both drop ins are in orange peel reflector (op).I apologize in advance for poor photo quality it is my first attempt,thank you Fishamaniac for all the time a tutorials .
First :the Solarforce XML2-U2 ;I ordered from Solarforce sales ,it came in its own case
Second is the Lightmalls XML2-U2 P60 drop which I paid 10.96 but now is on sale for 9.95 :
Thanks to Ryansoh3 for informing about the smartphone app.I downloaded the lux for ceiling bounce and the results were surprising the Solarforce XML2-U2 turning out 38,000 and surprise,surprise the Lightmalls XML2-U2 costing almost 1/2 as much turned out 41,000 lux! It was with the naked eye brighter and threw a wider beam. I wonder if the copper tape from illumination Supply made the difference!?
Both drop ins were tested in a Solarforce L2N host with freshly charged Keepower 3400 mAH protected button tops from cell guy well that’s it sorry if it a little sloppy but it took over one hour trying to edit on a phone,any comments are appreciated.
