I agree about the few bucks part, but it’s just that in the worst case people here would need to pay an additional ~80%. Anyway, as I understand DHL is not the only shipping option which makes things look way more ‘bright’

Like you said its a very late stage and probably nothing can be changed at this point, but maybe a much simpler approach, but still a way to make it “special” would be to laser “First Production Run” or something like that, on those first 555 lights. No need to fuss over serial numbers and crap like that, just a simple engraving that’s easy to add, doesn’t complicate order fulfillment, and is easy to omit on future production.

Just a thought…
