I haven’t seen any pics of Neal and his new Bride, the “marred” was something from years ago… a cousin got married and the younger relatives did up the car with shoe polish and streamers and such… the one that put the “Just Married!” on the back window mispelled it… turned out to be pretty true as they got divorced not so many years later. A good wife makes a man live up to his capabilities, so here’s to hoping they make an excellent team… Best Wishes Mr. and Mrs. Zhang. :slight_smile: (I hope I got that right, last name first, first name first, I’m not much good at the customs of other Nationalities around the world. The issue around language isn’t really so much of a thing these days. Google translate works incredibly well for putting a message across and I’m sure if it was asked there would be a number of people on here who could translate. I have a couple of colleagues in China for a start.

In this day and age a language barrier should not be such a big problem. Even if something was posted in “chingrish” or broken and badly translated English it’d still be far far better than hearing nothing.

Lumintop trade internationally so I find it incredibly hard to believe that they have no one available for translation.

Yours might have already shipped. It might not have. A few people know but its a secret.

I don’t expect Lumintop to have representative in this thread to take care of us. I even think we can’t claim warranty to Lumintop directly. Money is paid to Neal via paypal, and we don’t know how Neal pay to Lumintop to place order.

I am guessing it is the GT team we are facing when anyone encounter any issue. So far they are supporting us very well.
Delivery part is really out of GT team’s control, so far many are getting their GT successfully. Of course many are still waiting patiently.
