Received mine in the UK today. Totally unexpected and a nice surprise after a crappy day at work.

Mine was delivered by TNT, no customs or other fees so very happy about that.

Box was not in great shape though and appeared to be sealed with a single strip of tape leaving the box kind of flapping open. You could put your hand through it.

I was worried about how bad it rattled thinking something must be smashed but it was just the battery carriers banging together.

There is a small flaw in the reflector about the size of a pin head but overall very happy to have it!

Got my GT with the batteries today. Very impressed giggles!

Unfortunately I had to pay 35,99€ tax and DHL service fee to the postman…

If you could also tell us where you live, this info would gain more value….

Got mine Today - DHL - Austria
Light - Batteries - Short tube, box looked rough but insides are fine.

Missing the Cap, Sling and Bag. I think some others have mentioned the same about missing caps…

Hello GT fans! Just an update for those who are using DHL as carrier. I’m in the good ole US of A, so not sure if this applies to others. I called DHL about 5 minutes ago, and asked if they had a package for my location. I had to give them my info, as I did not have a tracking number yet. Told me it was a 50% chance to find out. So I was place on hold. After about 30 seconds, the DHL guy told me that he found the information and gave me a tracking number. The only problem is that it is still at Lumintop waiting to be picked up by DHL! :person_facepalming:

So I will continue to check with DHL and see what happens in the next couple of days. I will report back if anything new happens!

I recieved a text this morning. To my surprise it was from DHL!!!! YAHOO!! Like a silly dillweed, I run around telling everyone at work. (On a boat, out on the ocean heading to a small island) As soon as I got home, I checked the DHL website. tracking every movement. I am very impressed with how speedy the package is moving. Super excited. All that wicked patients I have been applying is paying off. I am in Canada on a small island off the Pacific Northwest.

I hope that you asked for the "Waybill" number, that number will be your tracking number once picked up. I hope that this helps you.

They gave me a 10 digit tracking number. Not sure what they call it a “waybill” don’t think I’ve ever heard that term lol

Geez if only tnt tracking was as easy to get as dhl. They want to know that is has acutally left, then date it left the post code it left from plus all my details. Me:sorry im not sure of the exact date it left if it has at all. Them : sorry we cannot help you then with out all the details ffs

Basically, you cannot officially have a tracking number until its in transit. Hence the term Waybill.

Your ten digits number more than likely is the waybill number that will be used as the tracking number once in DHL's possession.

Yes, that 10 digit number is the waybill, and also the tracking number with DHL. I was actually thinking that a waybill was something drug dealers did, JK!!! :smiling_imp: …LOL…But hazG cleared that up!

I believe that our GT’s being shipped to the USA will not get picked up by DHL until their holiday is over! :person_facepalming: From what I have read, they should be back working this Monday, but who knows! They sure have a ton of Holidays!!!

I don’t think there’s any way they can squeeze the carry bag into the flashlight box. So I’m pretty sure it has to be shipped in a separate box which is not going through DHL. It may take the regular amount of shipping time from China of 2 or more weeks.

Depending on country is easy or not to get the DHL AWB (waybill)
In my country that is not possible
You must obtain the AWB from the sender
If you have not the AWB, no info

PS. In my country, if you have not AWB, there’s no chance you have your package.
The AWB is absolutely necessary for you to be able to do the customs formalities.

Earlier in the thread I reported my gt arrived on Tuesday by dhl, but it was actually TNT.

Ok, just talked to Neal, he confirms that the caps and bags are shipping separately from the GT. It proved easier to do this then try to use a larger box.

They are all packed up and he gave them to the forwarding company. He is now waiting for them to start them on their journey and send him the tracking numbers. He will send them out once he has them.

I can also confirm that there should be enough GT’s for everyone on the next batch, the drop out rate appears to have held or even increased some. Guess some people didn’t think that the deal was all that amazing lol.

Received gt today. Really delighted with it. Duty and vat was 90 euros. Unfortunately I paid this on the entire order. hopefully won’t get caught when bag and cap ship.

Just got notification from DHL that my GT is headed to the US from HK. Tracking shows that item was picked up.

Pretty excited!
