I really don’t know what it is with this site, and the site that was previous to this incarnation of the forums. But I keep having password reset troubles.
I know the password. I go to reset it and yet it says it is incorrect. This keeps happening. I basically have to reset each time I log on, unless I am already logged onto that browser. There has to be a reason for this.
Nobody? I just reset my password three times today
If others were also having this problem, I think they would have publicly complained, and they haven’t.

It seems the issue is between browsers and the app.
If it’s truly only affecting me, I guess I won’t worry about it. Just stay logged in.
Hi there, sorry to hear about the issue. It can sometimes be caused by a password manager or the browser’s password remembering function, there might be a wrong username/password combination stored that is getting automatically filled in.
You mean you go to login with your password, right?
Please also try setting your password temporarily to something very simple and manually type it in together with your username. Remember that your username is case-sensitive with an underscore: Rusty_Joe . You can also type in your email address that the account is registered with instead of the username, that might also be worth trying. Also please let me know via PM if I can help troubleshoot further.
Could be a browser going mental. I had that occasionally with different sites, like cookies get erased or corrupted and it “forgets” you were logged in.

For a little while, my username was raccoon_city .
I decided to change it because the underscore annoys me, and some people might try to summon me with @raccoon city 
Mmm, that’s the same reason Gandhi and Cher did it, too.
I forgot I even had an account here, but my username and password I’d used before still worked.
From personal experience, using a VPN will oftentimes prevent login passwords from working in both websites and apps!
