How do you upload photo's on paypal?

What happens if paypal refuses your claim?

Is there a higher power?

In the form, you can add, scans, photos, documents, etc....

in the bottom part once you have submited a dispute

How do you add it. cut and paste?

where is the scan button?

nono

Sorry because spanish web of paypal may be different than yours.

Click in the dispute, then in the bottom part you should have "refresh dispute" or "add photo" "add scan" "add comment..."

The English has none of these features.

No wonder it's in favour of the seller

I have made claims before(my paypal is in english) and I remember that there were buttons to send attached files.(pics)

You can always send PP a normal email with the attached files.

I sometimes have delays with my TopUp transfers, and just send them a plain email(from the same email as my account) with the receipts attached.

You could try that.

Spoke to paypal

Yes you can upload images

Sending me an email on how to do it.

The few times I've had disputes, I just make a short video showing them the defective flashlight and how it doesn't work, then I upload it to youtube and send them the link. Doing it the way I do hasn't failed me yet. Good luck.

Here it is how simple for us in the U.K

You can upload documents to us by following these steps:

1. Log in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.co.uk
2. Click the Help link (top right corner of the screen).
3. Click the ‘Ask Louise’ link (right side of the page).
4. Enter "Can I change my name?" and click ‘Submit’ in the chat window
that appears.
5. Click the ‘Secure Form’ link in the response.
6. Click the question ‘Personal Name Change (marriage, divorce, legal)’.
7. Click ‘Upload Files’.
8. Send an email from your primary email address confirming the upload of
documents to complaint-response@paypal.com (please quote your case ID).
Here are some tips on uploading files to PayPal:

• Give the file a recognisable name, but include no more than 3 numbers

• Provide a description of the file you are sending, up to 100 characters

• Information that you upload appears in the ‘Attachments’ box. You can
preview the file or delete it from there.
• You can attach multiple files, up to a total file size of 5000kb, using
these file formats: gif, jpg, png, or tif.

Alternatively you can fax supporting documentation to PayPal at 08707 303
196. Please include a cover sheet with your fax that includes the primary
email address registered on your PayPal account and the ID number of the
claim PP-001-170-718-477. This will allow us to attach the document to the
claim as quickly as possible.

If you would like to appeal the outcome of a claim you can do so within 10
days of case closure by following these steps:

1. Log in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.co.uk
2. Click ‘Resolution Centre’ near the top of the page.
3. Select 'Closed cases' in the drop down menu and find the claim you wish
to view.
4. Click ‘Appeal’ in the action column.
5. Provide information for your appeal and follow the on-screen
instructions.

Note: The ‘Appeal’ button will only be available for 10 days after case
closure.

Thank you for your time and if you need further assistance, please do not
hesitate to contact us back.

to file a disput you have to ask, "Can I change my name?" What?

Hi all

I have had a refund, but this time the refund is sitting in my paypal account.

When i get a refund it usually goes directly into my banck account, as i paid with my debit card.

How do i get it into my bank account?

If you have your paypal account with a creadit card it should go automatically in a few days. At least mine does that (AMEX)

Paypal has several ways for merchants to handle refunds. One is a regular refund, which they can issue within 60 days from receiving payment. Generally, this is the preferred method because it allows merchants to reuse the same transaction ID (some accounting software actually requires this to automatically process refunds) and more importantly, they get a certain percentage of the transaction fee credited back. If they use this method and you used a debit card, it will show up there as a regular refund.

If they process the refund any other way, your money will just sit there in your Paypal account. You can transfer it to your bank account but I'm not sure what the procedure for that is in the UK. In my opinion, it's a good idea to make sure your bank account is not in any way or shape tied to your Paypal account because they have pretty much no regulatory oversight (at least not compared to regular banks and if the subprime crisis is any indication, they're not exactly being watched too closely either) but they do have a history of using any and all access they have to get their money. If there's a problem and they charge your credit card, you're pretty well protected by federal law, consumer protection laws at the state level, as well as case law - if you live in the US, that is. IOW, you have the law on your side and your credit card company has a vested interest in making sure there's no bad press.

If you authorize them to do ACH transfers (I believe it's called direct debit in Europe), you're pretty much SOL unless you there are laws specifically written to cover unauthorized direct drafts by an authorized third party.

Since this is a PayPal thread, I’ll post the question here even though it doesn’t apply to the above topics…

Does PayPal always email you transaction details immediately??? I sent Hank some money something like 6 hrs ago to an email address I sent money to before. I STILL HAVEN’T received an email notification of the transaction details and it’s bothering me A LOT! :~

The transaction was done at a computer lab that regularly updates anti-virus etc… (Have used PayPal there before.) I got to the PayPal through google (as I’ve always done) and I’m pretty sure the page had https at the begining of the address…. pretty sure but not difinite since I didn’t specifically check…

Should I be panacking panicking? When should I start to panick? :stuck_out_tongue:

(I can’t check PP now since this system is insecure. ) [and unsecure too…]

Usually, but there have been occasions when the notification email has been delayed for some reason, causing me some unnecessary worry.

Same here…but you may log-in to your Paypal account and check your ‘Recent Activity’ and Payment sent column.

Can’t log on till the next 15 hrs when the lab reopens. :weary: I’m hoping Hank responds to say thanks or an email pops up before then.

Well, Hank is one of the Recommended Sellers here in BLF so if I were you I would not worry that much.

No. I’m not worried about Hank at all but, if he says thanks, I’ll know he got the money!!

YAY!!! The email is here!!! Gosh. I’ve never been so happy to receive an email before. S)
