The disadvantage if being a flashaholic is that people ask you for strange things:
“Could you recommend a flashlight with the following minimum requirements:”
- Pink colour. The most important feature. Not negotiable.
- Shall survive 1 year in a female handbag.
- Shall work when needed
- Standard battery, AA or 2xAA
EDC size. Too large disqualifies any product. Too small makes it impossible to find in the handbag.
Any good proposals?
Failure to deliver could put me in a hostile situation….

Just pick one, you will never get it right when a woman’s concerned. Unless she picks it herself, there will always be something wrong with it. (unless it has diamonds in it).
The other guys will give you better suggestions than I.

Am I weird wanting to have that light with XM-L and E1320 driver? The conflict between looks & performance would be awesome!

Have you checked your testosterone-estrogen ratio lately? Is there something like a flashlight cross-dresser?

keep in mind pink was once considered a male colour, and there nothing to keep fashions from changing again
The reason why she wants a pink flashlight is very simple and practical:
“If I have a pink flashlight, then my boyfriend wont be tempted to steal it.”

my first reaction to this is that she needs a better boyfriend, no offense meant
This one isn’t pink, but it’d go nicely in a purse:

I have one sitting on my desk right now.
(gotta chuckle at the DD description about it’s lumens)

The Xeno E 03 from hkequipment.
http://hkequipment.net/?p=6&sp=&cat2=182&cat1=68&cat0=1&id=1413&new=&more=&lang=en&msg
It’s looks darker in colour on the website, but actually it’s more pink than red.
I know. I got one. (I wish I’d ordered the blue one instead )

You could find out her favorite shade of pink and the learn how to anodize a plain Alu one to match. It might earn you some points and be interesting as well.

I have the Xeno E03 in blue. It's more purple than blue.
I tell myself that purple is associated with royalty and nobility. But, I am lying to myself, because I would rather have blue. ;)

My missus believe the AA format is to big for her purse, so she tends to steal all my AAA lights. If AAA is ok, then I would suggest Thrunite Ti in pink. Awesome light! No weird modes, easy interface. And as Boaz wrote, a lanyard to go with it so she can find it more easily. Been EDC’ing the 3/60 lumen version since a couple of weeks back (had to steal it back from her a couple of times) and it is the perfect EDC in AAA format IMO.
