Please help with driver

Hi guys

Try to repair the driver of my flashlight (Ultrafire WF-500 6xR5) works operating modes, but without power, LEDs light up but moonlight :~
I tried changing the capacitor, but unchanged… measured the mosfet seems fine, can someone tell me which part may were be the problem?

I know when I was asking these questions on buck drivers, Wight pointed me to the mosfet and the schottky as the most likely to go. I would drill a hole in it myself and make it dd to the emitters xd One mode- blind

You were right! was diode schottky :wink: problem solved

Good job folks. Any idea what killed the Schottky?

Thanks, I do not know… it had loaned to a friend, I think put the batteries in backwards :~
