Finish at 800 what? Charging or discharging? For first case (charging), check this thread.
Anyway, if you get same behavior with different cells, maybe something is wrong with your bay nº3 
Maybe one of the resistors (or whatever) had been damaged/burned. Don’t use this bay.
PS: if you still have your warranty - try to replace your charger.
