Treating contact surfaces with NO-OX-ID I would think should help? Copper scares me when used for electrical connections - untreated it builds oxidation that can't be seen.

KB - that Mr meteric site has very limited brass offerings. Staying away from flat heads.

I have yet to experience any problems with my electrical connections due to oxidation, but as long as they are dry,clean and tight I wouldn’t expect a problem? Galvanic reaction or corrosion between non ferrous and ferrous metals, yes, I have seen this first hand. But I’ll keep an eye out for it! Yep theres not much out there really when it come to brass fasteners, not usually for what you need. What style and size of brass screw are you looking for Tom? http://www.mrmetric.com/search?keywords=Brass%20button%20head p. I have a Metrics Unlimited near the house and they can usually get what I need.
