Heheh thanks Jason, that should be it.

We talked about the box content to make sure that is good.
And well TF wants to double check the right Narsil version (it is send several times so they don’t want to use the wrong version)

It has taken a long time to get to this point.
It is not doable to update the list every time it needs a new entry, with so many new members it is much easier to wait a few days, relax it will get done

I just hope that when people start to get these, they will share with the rest of us at once.
But i have no doubt that it will also happen that way.

I myself are in the process of lining up a extra light sensitive video camera with the Sony IMX 291 sensor to i can make some beam shots that should be as close as possible to what you would see with the human eye.

Being way down the list i will probably have to test this camera setup with my Manker U21 and Nitecore P36 + Convoy BD06 i should get on Monday.

With the way this community is I have no doubt that we will get to see A LOT of the Q8 from those earlier on the list.
Do we know what comes in the box other than the light and, “manual?” I can’t remember seeing it discussed if it came with spare o-rings or anything of the sort. I’m happy just to receive the light honestly.

Light is not heavy, packing light, bring not a lot.

Wondering why you didn’t go ahead and use the A20DP FET while you were at it Lexel, it seems to provide even better results than the 404 without being quite so sensitive.

A while back, I asked for some dimensions but it was recommended that I wait for another round of protos.

Since the Q8 is almost ready for production, have the outer dimensions been locked down?

My friends and I have eight Q8s on order, and I want a head-start on making a mount to create the OctoQ8. :partying_face:
