Anyone know what time zone Banggood has their servers set to?
Says my order was placed on “2017-09-07 13:45:39”, but that doesn’t sound right for my local TZ or UTC (returned in HEAD requests to the site).
Four alternatives: Banggood has mismatching time zones between the server and their ecommerce application, Banggood’s server’s clock is wrong, BLF’s server’s clock is wrong, or I disappeared down the rabbit hole for a couple of hours adding crap to my BG wish list…

Apparently the ideal frequency for a tactical strobe is between 18hz and 20hz, the strobe is extremely disorientating to humans and even animals and at that frequency emits enough light that an opponent cannot move without detection.

There are 3 strobes. The first is 18hz, the second is an alternating “police” strobe meaning 2 different frequencies then a bike strobe. The manual doesn’t say the frequencies of the police strobe.
