R250 in Cree bin code: what does it mean?

So… I am currently scouring the internet for the highest efficiency red or red-orange XPE LEDs I can find. The best so far is Element 14 with Q2 red-orange LEDs. I would be buying them but there is one little detail that keeps nagging at me: the R250 in the bin code (full code: XPERDO-L1-R250-00A01.
Cree list this as the “internal code” on the datasheet… is there anyone who can enlighten me as to what this means?

I don’t think it matters what it means because it is just a way for Cree to keep up with the product internally.
