Being a “just released” light I’m not sure we’ll have many info right now. Still, the flashlight was introduced in the Shot Show, along with other interesting things from Olight.

Dont have this but the m1t, i really dont understand the need for this light ? why make it run with 2 x 16340 when it should have used a single 18650 instead for much better runtimes? If its using the same Luminus sst40 led then it wont be that much different from the m1t only a bump in lumens…

the 2 modes 15 and 800 really makes no sense to me and still no moonlight mode….

would have rather seen they made the m1t in copper edition or the m1r instead.

Omg, I didn’t even know they had the M1R planned. This is literally what I was looking for. I would insta-buy it. I LOVE my M2R but it’s just a little too long as an EDC for me. And I really don’t care about the runtime that much. It will be fine for any of my EDC tasks. WHY ON EARTH WAS THIS CANCELLED?

yes they even showed it at shows in 2017 a few times, but somehow its no released and probably wont be, again i find it odd since m2r and m2t exist, now m1t, but why not m1r i will never understand……

the m1r looked gorgeous, imagine that one in copper also, these would sell not everyone wants the bigger m2r, i think they missed something great here, it was supposed to run on 18350 and have like 1200 lumens
