Recent nkon nl shipping times to U.S.?

Anyone stateside order from them lately? I ordered a Zebralight from them over two weeks ago since it was in stock and cheaper from exchange rates and am getting antsy lol. I know shipping is screwed lately but had to ask.

We all know that collecting flashlights is a matter of patience.
You have not heard from your order in two weeks, and you are worried?
IMHO the whole postal community on the planet is in shock.

Following registered mail WITHIN the EU shows a delay of at least one week in the main NL hub.
And that was just plain mail, TO me and FROM me, no parcel, no customs red tape involved.
I would add at least an extra week on top of those two weeks for every complicating factor.

NKON can’t help it, they are very consistent in same day shipping and/or next day shipping.

Even Simon with Convoy who has been a very reliable shipper in the past, like 14 days or less. My two orders have been in limbo since April 12th and April 24th. They just showed up in the US as of Wednesday and Thursday. Your options limited unless you want to pay dearly for Express shipping that costs more than the item you bought, even then no guarantees it will be shipped more quickly than standard shipping.

I figured it was as bad. Ylp from Russia was fast, Hong Kong fast, China wasn’t bad. One radio(xhdata 808) I ordered last year had to go through Israel because of copyright or trademark similarities to a stateside radio took awhile. Thanks for the responses.

My order has been processed through Chicago customs on the 8th lol 15 days ago.

Apologies for bumping an older thread.

I am considering buying this radio (XHDATA D-808), shipped from UK. I wonder if I’m going to run into the same issue as you did. I could have it shipped from US, but the price is $20 higher that way.

How do you like the radio?

I really like it, I am no master for shortwave tuning, but overall the features are great. We actually use it alot because our favorite channels are all out of town and it has no problem finding them. The backlight is good and the best imo feature is it runs on a 18650 battery. So it charges in place or I can swap it out. I wish more radios did this. Things must have changed because bit technically wasn’t allowed to be shipped to the U.S or from it. Hence the side trip through israel. I would go with the cheaper option.

Thank you for the info.

I sent you a PM before seeing your response here.
