I’ve bought a couple of a different type, just for the thin walled seamless steel casing to use in other builds.
Tiny 10mAh lipo cell inside, optic not too bad - usable but thick and haven’t properly looked at the charging unit yet.
Not really worth buying for a torch you will use.

Boy, there’s tons of those all over Ebay. No big deal but there’s even one with a built in cigarette lighter.
