Sanyo. Something like 2000-2600mAh original spec, depending on the code. I've had some Sanyo UR18650FM based cells for years and have been quite happy with them. Here is HKJ's review of bare UR18650FM cells.

EDIT: Refer to post #4, looks like some 2250mAh and some 2600mAh.

Well all batteries are charged and initial tests show all of them are between 3.9v to 4.2v. I am quite happy with the outcome. But this was just my basic testing with my volt meter.

of NOS Sony’s 18650 and Samsung 18490’s from ’04 to ’08 vintage. All have gone from 2.8 to 3.2v to full 4.2v with no problems. Love laptop pulls.
