Reflector measurements in review here: https://budgetlightforum.com/t/-/25645
Here's some pics of my A60, modded with domed XP-E2/SinkPAD, 2.45A, does over 100 kcd:
The reflector is beat up, but still throws well. Here you can see how low the emitter sits:
The beat'n up bottom of the reflector:
Alignment piece glued down, manually centered to the LED. Then pieces of a plastic isolator cut up to elevate the reflector further:

What’s the difference between kcd and lux @ 1m? Can you convert or is it a different measurement all together?
kcd is 1000 candela. lux is a reading from the light meter. Basically candela is defined as the lux reading at 1 meter. BUT, you should not do throw measurements at 1 meter (it's too close, ANSI/NEMA details some specs about what distance to measure - basically more than 1 meter, but there is some specifics on procedures mentioned). I do readings at 5 meters, then multiple the reading by 25 to convert to candela. Flashlightwiki has excellent info on all this - everyone should have it bookmarked and use it as a reference.
Thanks for the pics TomE!
Tom E,
It looks like your spacer holds the base of the reflector just about even with the top of the light body. I was around that height using the A60 spacer + isolation disk.
You’ve convinced me to try again but this time without the de-domed LED.
Do you have any white wall beam shots? I’m curious what the beam looks like.
No, but it's got a pretty good hot spot with a secondary lit region around it, but well centered and even. Basically 3 levels of output can be seen - the flood, center hot spot, and another lit region around the hot spot.
