Recommend: Programmable Twisty with Forward Clicky

I need your help guys. I’m looking for an reasonably priced light with the following controls:
Forward clicky
Twisty
Kind of like…
Malkoff M61HOT MD2
…and the…
Elzetta lights
Also if it’s programmable (something like “Bistro UI”), that would be super.
My objective is to basically have 2 modes:
Serious (tightened tailcap): 100% output
Casual (loosened tailcap): moonlight, 33, 66, 100% (switch with half-press)

Can’t help you, read that Elzette page, seems awkward way to operate but to each his own 
Not sure whats available today, but if you don’t mind used or NOS… the 4Sevens quark AA-T is an exact match to that programmable user interface. I use the 1AA version for several years, very reliable… although not the brightest by todays standards at ~220L on a 14500 IMR. IIRC there was a 2AA version as well.
If you’re looking at Gene malkoff and Elzetta, the 47 lights will be less of a $ticker $hock as far as pricing goes.
