Hi, Im wanting some orings that are red or GITD red for a full red build Im doing on a convoy s2+. Its for my little brother but whats stopping me is the orings. Thanks for any help into this slight issue.
If I understand you correctly, you are looking for red O-rings for your s2+. If so, Simon’s AliExpress shop should still have them for sale, not GitD though. I’m on mobile right now, if you can’t find them, PM me and I’ll see what I can do when it’s not 3 in the morning

You could try Ebay for your o’rings.
No luck. The S2+ orings seem unique in there size.
Simon used to sell red o-rings. I actually prefer them and use them in my EDC builds due to them being a bit thicker and more water resistant

None of them are red and fit the convoy S2+

You can find a lot of red O-rings on Taobao and Ali, 19x1,5 is most proper size.
Never found red GITD.
O-rings also stretch a bit so you could go slightly undersized and still be the OK (oversized won’t do too well). Order extras in any case since unknown materials might not last and even good ones crack after awhile. Be sure to lube them.
I don’t know if you know the blue Fluorosilicone O rings which are like MIL Spec and they don’t crack over time like the others etc.

Lube improves water resistance and makes opening/closing smoother. On a lense o-ring that’s less of an issue but when using the cute-3 optic it can be since the optic legs are prone to breaking when the optic twists and the mcpcb doesn’t. A lubricated o-ring can allow the glass lens or bezel to turn with less torque on the optic.
