Are there any reviews out there for this light already? My searching seems to throw up group buys and random YouTube videos but I can’t find any decent beam shots / comparisons.
I got one in the post today and I need to do a review on it but I’m not sure if it’s as bright as it should be.
Side by side against my TM16GT at the length of my road the TM16GT is noticeably brighter.
I need to get some beam shots of a few lights but even at 11pm it’s still not totally dark out.
To me it looks like brightness and throw depends on the batteries used. I don’t know why, usually 3 cells should be able to provide the power for maximum output just with shorter runtimes as long as they are not totally rubbish.

Mine arrived last Friday. I haven’t played much with it yet but throw is disapointing. It’s comparable to my Utorch UT02 with 80k cd. It might be the batteries that I use - some old protected 26F cause VTC6 only make good contact in 1 of the 3 battery slots. I will add solder blobs to the vtc6 and try again in the next days. I have checked the voltage at the LED (easiest thing to check without changing anything at the light) and it is 12.40V on turbo…he measured 13.97V at the LED.

A little warning, be careful if you screw the top of the light back on, the bottom of the refector has sharp edges and might cut into the traces of the mcpcb.
