Pros:

  • Fat O-ring that fits tight
  • Low voltage protection (turns into moonlight mode)
  • Tail is designed to fit 2 O-rings
  • Came with lube applied

Cons:

  • Twisty tailcap design. (Turned light flashlight on and off many times underwater around 7ft with no leaks)
  • Plastic lens is bent towards the three screws, causing very small artifact lines when using out of water.
  • Unprotected + Flat top, batteries needs a small magnet or a tiny piece of metal to work because they are not long enough
  • Came with only 1 O-ring

Measurements:

Tail: .90A/8.14V = 7.326W. (really cheap volt/amp meter from china + novice measuring techniques = inaccuracy)

Pictures!:
Batteries were not included, but you can see a small magnet between the two batteries to make it long enough. ↓↓↓

Try to twist the tailcap’s inner ring in as much as you can so it gives a tighter fit. ↓↓↓

If I could get my hands on another O-ring, this light would be insanely waterproof!!! ↓↓↓

As mentioned in cons, the plastic is bent because it is on really really tight. But if used underwater, the watter would fill the lines and everything would be okay. When used on land, there are very very small lines on the edges of the spill. A fix to this is loosening the screws a little to relieve the strong pressure on the plastic. Even with those lines, it throws decently far with a tight beam when used on land.↓↓↓

Other light (on the left) is an aspheric XM-L T6 1A zoomie at around 200lm ↓↓↓

Comments: It looks really cool underwater with goggles on! Very fun! Can’t wait till the day when I whip this bad boy out and use it underwater for reals.
